I had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Director Anthony Ferraro in development of the initial look and feel for his award winning Sci-Fi short series Galactic Galaxy.
The goal was to create a visual universe inspired by the classic (and less grim-dark) science fiction stories from the age of Heavy Metal and Flash Gordon, as well as establishing the initial visual direction the series would take. Where we ended up is a comic-esque blending of live action and digital sets that hopefully felt like it tipped it's hat to the inspiration materials while being unique in its own right.
